Data protection
I observe the legal provisions of the Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and other data protection regulations. The subject of data protection is personal data. These are (according to § 3 Abs. 1 BDSG) individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person; this includes information such as name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, but possibly also usage data such as your IP address.
Scope of data collection and storage
In general, using my website does not require you to provide personal information. In order to be able to provide a service, I may need your personal data – for example, to send you information material or to answer individual requests.
If you instruct me to provide a service, your personal information will in principle only be collected and stored to the extent necessary for the provision of the service. This may require you to share your personal information with other service providers (such as graphic artists or printers); However, this only happens with your consent and on your behalf. After completion of the contract, your data will be blocked and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial regulations. Ordinarily, no cookie data is collected or stored.
